ERIC J.

Eric was born and raised in South Florida and has been involved in the building industry for more than 25 years building relationships with existing and future customers, suppliers, coworkers and the community always based on integrity and dedication.

Eric believes that each client deserve personal attention and nurture the relationship with each and exceed all the customer expectations with an easy, honest, and matter of fact approach to ensure a great experience. His motto is "Do it right the first time." To concentrate more on the construction business Eric recently took an early retirement from Martin County Fire Rescue, for which he was a Lieutenant for more than 21 years.

For almost 10 years Eric has been specializing in Custom Green Home Projects. With the important environmental concerns we are facing in today’s world, Eric has began focusing more exclusively on “Green Building.” He has recently become certified as a Green Builder, adding this to his long resume of qualifications.

Eric has become a recognizable Designer/Builder receiving such praise as “Builder of the Year” from the Treasure Coast Builder’s Association and has been qualifying the uses and techniques implemented in “Green” homes from the start. These features have always been a common practice and more importantly, a standard in all the project that he built. By challenging not only himself but the client in ways to make a home more energy efficient & eco-friendly, Eric has superseded all expectations when “going green” with construction.

Over the years, Eric has been involved in a multitude of Habitat for Humanity Projects across the East Coast of the United States and here in Martin County as a supervisor and as a project coordinator. By joining forces with such entities as the Florida Green Building Coalition, the National Association of Home Builders, & partnering up with Florida Power and Light, Energy Star, and local Solar Energy providers, Eric has “raised the bar” when it comes to the construction and completion of a energy efficient, green home, and is convince that we can make a difference and leave a good lasting impact for future generations.
